Terms of Service

FansTracker provides online tools for tracking promotional links, analyzing performance metrics, measuring ROI, and managing campaigns and creator partnerships.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.

Some features of the Platform require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must promptly notify FansTracker of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Certain Services require a paid subscription (monthly, yearly, or otherwise).

Payments are processed through the method selected by the user. Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled before the renewal date.

FansTracker reserves the right to adjust pricing, modify features, or discontinue certain Services at any time, with or without prior notice.

Refunds will only be granted in cases of proven double charges or clear technical errors caused by the Platform.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that no refunds, partial credits, or prorated amounts will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to account termination, unused time, or dissatisfaction.

Any payment dispute or chargeback initiated without prior written notice to FansTracker will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, without compensation.

Users agree to resolve billing or service concerns directly with FansTracker before contacting their bank or payment provider.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

FansTracker reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and in compliance with all applicable regulations.

You shall not misuse the Platform, attempt to access unauthorized systems, manipulate analytics data, or use the Services for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.

You are solely responsible for the data, content, and activities conducted under your account.

All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including software, design, trademarks, graphics, and content, are owned by FansTracker or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Platform without prior written consent.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

FansTracker does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that the results will meet specific expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FansTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

In no event shall the total liability of FansTracker exceed the total amount paid by the user during the 12 months preceding the claim.

FansTracker may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Platform with the new effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

FansTracker may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FansTracker regarding your use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements.

Failure by FansTracker to enforce any right or provision shall not be considered a waiver of such right.
