The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and NoBrokes LLC (“we”), which operates FansTracker. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you accept them for an agency or company, you confirm you can bind it, and “you” means that organisation.
FansTracker is a tool for professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and use it for your business or professional activity.
The service
FansTracker is software to manage OnlyFans accounts as a team: inbox, fans, notes, lists, vault, insights, team roles and billing, through the panel and the desktop app. Features marked as “coming” or “in development” are not part of what you pay for until they are released.
The screens shown on the website use fictional demo data. Fans, messages and figures in them don't belong to real accounts.
Accounts and team
Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for what happens in your organisation, including the actions of the people you invite and the roles and accounts you give them.
Connecting OnlyFans accounts
You may only connect accounts you own or that the creator has authorised you in writing to manage. You remain responsible for complying with the OnlyFans terms and with the law, including for every message, price and piece of content sent from FansTracker.
FansTracker is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OnlyFans or Fenix International Limited. OnlyFans can change or restrict how its platform works at any time, which may limit or interrupt features. We are not responsible for measures OnlyFans takes on your accounts.
Acceptable use
You must not use FansTracker to break the law or anyone's rights; to send spam, harassment or deceptive messages; to handle content involving minors or anyone who has not consented; to get around plan limits or the security of the service; or to copy, resell or reverse engineer the software, except where the law allows it.
We can suspend accounts that break these rules, after warning you when it is reasonable to do so.
Free trial and plans
The free trial lasts 14 days, needs no card and has the limits shown on the pricing page. When it ends, you need a paid plan to keep using the service. Each plan includes the accounts, people and AI credits shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Prices are shown before taxes, which are added where applicable.
Billing, renewal and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the panel: you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Payments already made are not refunded, including for partially used periods, except where the law requires otherwise. If a payment fails we will try again and notify you; if it still can't be collected, access may be limited until it is paid.
If we change the price of your plan we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
AI drafts and credits
AI drafts are suggestions and can be wrong. A person on your team must review them before sending. AI credits are used up when a draft is generated, don't roll over between periods unless the plan says so, and have no cash value.
Your data and data processing
Your content and the data of the accounts you connect are yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you.
For the personal data of fans and of your team, you are the controller and we act as your processor. We process it only on your documented instructions (these terms and your use of the service); we make sure our staff and providers are bound by confidentiality; we apply the security measures described in the privacy policy; we only use the providers listed there, and we'll tell you before adding new ones so you can object; we help you answer requests from data subjects; we notify you without undue delay of any security breach affecting your data; and when the contract ends we delete the data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it. On request we provide the information needed to show we comply.
You are responsible for having a legal basis for the data you bring into FansTracker and for informing your fans and team.
Availability and changes
We work to keep FansTracker available and secure, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may improve or change features; if a change significantly reduces what you pay for, we'll tell you in advance and you can cancel.
Intellectual property
The software, brand and website belong to us or our licensors. While your subscription is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for your organisation. If you send us suggestions, we can use them freely.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms or don't pay. After it ends, you can ask us to export your data within 30 days, and then we delete it as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or revenue, or for loss or restriction of your OnlyFans accounts, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You will compensate us for claims from third parties caused by content you send or by your use of the service in breach of these terms or the law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [PENDING: state of formation], United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law of the country where you live, and you can bring claims there.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes by email or in the panel at least 30 days before they apply; if you keep using the service after that, you accept them. Questions: [PENDIENTE: email de contacto].
