How do agencies usually pay OnlyFans chatters?
The common models are a fixed hourly rate, a commission on the sales the chatter closes, or a base pay plus a smaller commission. Many agencies start new chatters on hourly or base pay and move experienced chatters to commission.
Should chatter commission be on gross or net sales?
Most agencies calculate it on net sales: what is left after the OnlyFans fee and after refunds and chargebacks. Paying on gross means the agency pays commission on money it never receives.
How are sales attributed to a chatter?
