The Fans screen in FansTracker lists the subscribers synced from each linked OnlyFans account. You can split them into subscribed and expired, see how many messages each fan has exchanged and when they last wrote, sort the table, switch to cards and export to CSV. Every fan has an internal note that your team shares and that is never sent to OnlyFans.

Switch between all fans, subscribed and expired. Each profile shows its status and, when OnlyFans provides it, the date the subscription runs until.

Message count, last message and the date the fan was first seen in FansTracker, for every fan of every creator.

What it doesn't do yet
- Spend per fan isn't shown yet, because earnings sync is still in development.
- Messaging a whole segment at once depends on mass messaging, which is in development.

Questions, answered
Are fan notes sent to OnlyFans?
No. Notes belong to your FansTracker organization. They're shown to team members whose role allows it and are never sent to OnlyFans or to the fan.
Can I export my fans?
Yes. Select the fans you need, or the whole view, and export them to CSV. Export is available on every plan, trial included, for members with the export permission.
Does the fan CRM show how much each fan has spent?
Not yet. Earnings sync is in development, so FansTracker shows messages, subscription status and activity, and leaves spending out instead of estimating it.
Where does the fan data come from?
From the OnlyFans accounts you link. FansTracker syncs subscribers and conversations from OnlyFans only; it doesn't import fans from other platforms.
