When OnlyFans doesn't confirm a send, the message is marked as unconfirmed. Retrying blindly is blocked and someone marks whether it arrived or not.
Fan context beside the chat
Subscription status and expiry date, unread count, OnlyFans ID and the fan's internal note stay visible while you write.
How it works

Link your accounts
The owner links each OnlyFans account from the desktop app. The first sync brings the conversations in within a few minutes.

Pick a conversation
Search, filter unread or scroll the combined list. Opening a chat loads its synced messages, and older ones load on demand.

Reply, or just read
Members allowed to reply write and send. Members with read access see the chat and a notice that their role can't reply.

Check anything unconfirmed
If a send is flagged as unconfirmed, look at the chat on OnlyFans and mark it as arrived or not arrived.

What it doesn't do yet
- Mass messaging is in development. Today the inbox sends one reply at a time, to one conversation.
- AI reply drafts are in development. When they ship, a person reviews every draft before it's sent.
- Sending PPV content from the inbox isn't available yet.

Do replies sent from FansTracker really reach OnlyFans?
Yes. Messages written in the inbox are sent to OnlyFans through the linked account. Each send shows as sending, sent, not sent or unconfirmed, so you always know its state.
What happens if a message might not have been delivered?
FansTracker flags it as unconfirmed and blocks a blind retry, so the fan doesn't receive the same message twice. Someone checks the chat on OnlyFans and marks whether it arrived.
Can a chatter read conversations without being able to reply?
Yes. Reading the inbox and sending messages are separate permissions. A member who can only read sees the conversation and a notice that their role can't reply.
Can I send mass messages from the inbox?
Not yet. Mass messaging is in development. Today every reply goes to a single conversation.
